Peachy Slaw

     Oh Yes!  Spring has Sprr-rung here in Chi-town!  It's time to get outside!  Before we move away from this awesome town I'd like to take advantage of the many parks and recreations it has to offer.  I'm thinking 'a picnicking we will go!' Cheese, crackers, sandwiches, a little vino...check, check, and check.  Now for the side.....

Peachy Slaw
(Make sure to make the night before so it marinates)

You will need:
1 bag of slaw mix (about 6 cups)
1 (6oz) container peach yogurt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbls apple cider vineger 
2 (8oz) cans of diced peaces, drained (1 cup if using fresh)
1/2 cup pecans, chopped


Mix together yogurt, mayo, and vinegar


Add slaw, peaches, and pecans.  Toss together.


Keep in fridge overnight (or for several hours) to marinate.

ª So this would be a dessert recipe?
Usually the only fruit I add to slaw is tomatoes. ª
